PHS Thespians to Present Production of “Bad Seed” Starting November 20th

phs-logo-2015The Portage High School Thespians drama club is proud to present their fall production of Maxwell Anderson’s Bad Seed. This psychological horror thriller follows the exploits of Rhoda Penmark, a perfect little girl on the outside with dark homicidal tendencies lurking within.

A collection of complex, intriguing characters surround this seemingly delightful little girl as she does anything and manipulates anyone to get what she wants, no matter the cost. Rhoda’s mother Christine puts the pieces together and comes to realize she has not raised the picture-perfect daughter but has indeed borne a “bad seed.”

Join this talented cast as they take you through the twists and turns to the shocking conclusion of the Bad Seed. Presented at Portage High School’s East Auditorium (entrance “A”) Friday & Saturday, November 20th & 21st at 7:30 pm and Sunday, November 22nd at 2:30 pm. Tickets are $8 for adults and $6 for students.
