Robot-assisted, minimally invasive surgical procedures have helped to transform the patient experience, offering less pain and quicker recovery times. Join surgeons Richard Browne, MD, Hung Dang, DO, Douglas Dedelow, DO, and Jason Frazier, MD, as they discuss the da Vinci Surgical System’s role in providing better patient outcomes for a variety of complex procedures. Prior to the presentation, a reception and da Vinci XI demonstration will take place in the West lobby beginning at 5 p.m.
St. Mary Medical Center is the first hospital in NW Indiana to be designated as a Center of Excellence in Robotic Surgery by the Surgical Review Corporation. This designation recognizes surgeons and hospitals that have achieved defined standards for patient safety and quality care in robotic surgery practice.
