Boys & Girls Clubs of Porter County’s Fall Soccer and Basketball League registration begins August 20, 2014 for Valparaiso’s Club’s basketball program and August 25, 2014 for Forrest L. “Dusty” Rhode Portage and South Haven Clubs soccer program. Boys & Girls Clubs of Porter County sports leagues offer fun, instructional, and competitive play that focuses on good sportsmanship and honesty. The league parameters and age groups are as follows:
Valparaiso Club’s Fall Basketball Leagues:
Registration begins August 20, 2014 through September 5, 2014 on Wednesdays and Fridays from 3 – 7 PM. League fees increase $5 if registering after September 5, 2014.
Club location is 354 West Jefferson Street, Valparaiso
League Divisions include:
Biddy (5 – 7 Year Olds): Registration Fee is $25.
8-9 Year-Olds League: Registration fee is $35.
10-11 Year-Olds League: Registration Fee is $35.
Co-Ed 12-14 Year-Olds League (Only up to 8th Grade): Registration Fee is $40.
All league age-groups will have nine practices and eight games.
League teams will receive either a team jersey or t-shirt.

Portage and South Haven Clubs’ Fall Soccer Leagues:
Registration begins August 25, 2014 through September 26, 2014 – or until leagues are full. Registration is from 4 – 8 PM at the Clubs.
Club locations include:
Forrest L. “Dusty” Rhode Portage Club, 5895 Evergreen Avenue, Portage
South Haven Club, 723 Long Run Road, Valparaiso
League Divisions for both Clubs include:
Biddy (5-7 Year Olds, South Haven; 6-7 Year Olds, Portage): Registration Fee is $30 at the South Haven Club and $25 at the Portage Club.
Junior League (8-10 Year Olds): Registration Fee is $35 at the South Haven Club and $30 at the Portage Club.
Senior League (11 – 13 Year Olds) Registration Fee is $35 at the South Haven Club and $30 at the Portage Club.

Please note: The South Haven Club will be hosting a Players and Coaches’ Soccer Clinic on Saturday, October 12, 2014 from 11:30 AM – 2:00 PM.
All league players must be members of the Club. Annual membership is $35 per child. Membership and league fee assistance is available to those who qualify.
