NorthShore Health Centers is pleased to announce that our Board Certified OB/GYN providers, Dr. Daniel Lott and Dr. Kimberly Hess now have full privileges at Porter Hospital, for the convenience of Porter County patients. Dr. Lott and Dr. Hess are experts in the field of OB/GYN medicine and are located in NorthShore’s state-of –art clinic facility at 3564 Scottsdale St., in Portage, IN. We are dedicated to providing quality health care to all individuals in our communities, regardless of the ability to pay. Our full service OB/GYN Department offers the following services:

  • Medicaid Enrollment Site (for qualifying individuals)
  • All Medicaid insurance Welcome
  • All Medicare Insurance Welcome
  • All Commercial Insurance Welcome
  • A Sliding Fee Scale for services (based on income)
  • Prenatal Medical Care by Board Certified physicians
  • Gynecological Services by Board Certified physicians
  • Diagnostic Ultrasounds • Elective 3D/4D Ultrasounds
  • Laboratory Testing • Family Planning
