Do you want to do something amazing? This (walk) training program will help you complete a half marathon---by walking it! This 12 week program will guide, coach, and encourage you – helping to fulfill your goal of completing a half marathon – The Sunburst Half in South Bend on Saturday, May 31st. You must be able to walk 3 miles in 45 minutes. Program fee includes race registration and t-shirt, weekly training schedule, check-ins, workout tips and motivational emails. The first meeting will be at Sunset Hill Farm County Park and following meetings will be at various locations. Open to men and women 18 years or older.
