Porter Health Care System recently named EMS Office Manager Darcy Jackson as its 2013 Associate of the Year.
Jackson began her career at Porter in 2002. As office manager, she is responsible for the operation and day-to-day business of the EMS division.
According to Jackson’s director, she is committed to her co-workers, always available to help others and is an excellent communicator. Additionally, Jackson has received numerous customer service awards.
When receiving the award, Jackson stated, "My family and I are so excited about this honor. I am blessed to be able to work with so many amazingly wonderful people; not only within my EMS family but also in every department I have had the pleasure of working with throughout Porter."
