Porter Health System’s Senior Circle Program Presents “Lighten Up for the New Year: How to Create Healthier Meals”

PorterLogonewLearn how to lighten up your favorite recipes during Porter Health System’s Senior Circle program, “Lighten Up for the New Year: How to Create Healthier Meals.” The program will begin at 10 am, on Friday, Jan. 7, at Porter’s Education & Rehabilitation Campus, 1401 Calumet Ave., Valparaiso.

During the presentation, Porter’s registered dietitian, Jill Kilhefner, RD, CD, will discuss how to modify some of your favorite recipes to reduce the fat and calories, while keeping all of the flavor and appeal.
