Porter Health System’s Senior Circle Program Presents “The Health Benefits of Gardening”

Are you looking for an outdoor activity that relieves stress and allows you to lead a healthier lifestyle? senior-circleThen gardening may be the answer. To help our 50-plus population learn more about how they can enjoy the benefits of gardening, Porter Health System’s Senior Circle Program will present an educational seminar, “The Health Benefits of Gardening” by Maureen Phillips, a member of Porter County’s Master Gardeners Association. This is the first program in Porter’s new monthly Heart-to-Heart Wellness Series and will be held at 1:30 pm, on Tuesday, March 23, at Porter’s Cardiac Rehabilitation Center, 2000 Roosevelt Road in Valparaiso.
