Eat Your Vitamins

Don’t just rely on a multivitamin for nutrients. Make sure you include immune-boosting foods into your daily diet. Eat a diet high in fruits, vegetables, and whole grains, and low in saturated fat. Look for foods that are rich in vitamins B2 and B6; vitamin C; vitamin D; vitamin E; selenium; and zinc among others.
