Lewis said the money was raised during the parish’s annual Baby Bottle Ministry campaign, which takes place during October, which is Respect Life Month.

Lewis said the donation was made in appreciation of the program’s prolife support. Jamie Donsbach, program manager (shown holding the check at far left), thanked Lewis and called the gesture a blessing, especially during the Christmas season. Also shown, from left, are clinic staff members Sandi Hoeckelberg, Wendy Bergstrom, Penny Willing, Hillary Ray and Tony Englert, Franciscan Alliance Foundation regional executive director. The prenatal program, since 2002, has provided free services for expectant area women who have limited income. It is located at 1121 S. Indiana Ave., Crown Point.
