Two class times are available - 8:15-9:00am or 9:15-10:00am.
Join our Aqua Exercise Instructor, Jackie Babcock, for this gentle aqua experience. Our program will provide strength, balance & flexibility benefits in a fun, motivating environment. All participants must bring their own towels & aqua shoes are recommended. This program will be offered off-site at our Working Well Regional Occupational Health Facility, 4111 Franklin St., Michigan City, IN. This program will be open to both members & non-members for ($36). Registration must be completed 3 business days prior to start date of class. Minimum attendance required. This course averages 4 hours. Healthcare Provider CPR/AED is a classroom, video-based, instructor-led course that teaches adult CPR and AED use, as well as how to relieve choking. This course teaches skills with AHA’s research-proven Practice-While-Watching (PWW) technique, which allows instructors to observe the students, provide feedback and guide the students’ learning of skills. This class is open to Members ($45) and Non-Members ($55). Minimum registration required. Cancellation date is 3 business days prior to start date of program.
