Porter Regional Hospital’s Healthy Woman Program Presents Surviving and Thriving as a Working Mom

Healthy-WomanTo help women learn how to better navigate their role as a working mother, Porter Regional Hospital’s Healthy Woman Program will present, “Surviving and Thriving as a Working Mom.” The free program will be held at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 18, in the Community Room at Porter Regional Hospital, 85 East US Highway 6 in Valparaiso.

Life Coach Dana Samardzich will lead the presentation and advise women on how to better balance their work expectations and family obligations. During the presentation, Samardzich will teach participants who to strengthen their internal resources while regaining energy to benefit both themselves and their families.

Porter’s Healthy Woman program is a free community resource designed to empower women with the knowledge and confidence to make informed healthcare and well-being decisions for themselves and their loved ones. Program benefits for members include health and lifestyle presentations, health resources and communications.
