Family and Integrative Medicine Practitioner Dr. Patterson discusses how your body reacts to stress, as well as the signs, symptoms and treatment of adrenal dysfunction and other common hormonal imbalances. Dr. Patterson is board certified in Family Medicine, fellowship-trained and board-eligible in Regenerative and Functional Medicine through the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, and in the process of obtaining a master's degree in Metabolic and Nutritional Health through the University of South Florida.

Hypnosis in the Clinic: Unlearning and Relearning
Glen Wurglitz, M.Div., Psy.D., HSPP, BCCH, St. Catherine Hospital

Clinical psychologist Dr. Wurglitz will demonstrate a quick induction technique using hypnosis and then discuss its potential for clinical use. Dr. Wurglitz is Director of Behavioral Health Services at St. Catherine Hospital and a Major in the US Army with three tours of active duty. He helped develop Soldier 360, a program that involved learning about the psychophysiological implications of stress on the human being. He is board certified with diplomate status in Clinical Hypnosis.

Kelly Oney, FNP-BC, fellowship-trained and a certified diplomate of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, talks about her own journey through functional medicine testing to discover the causes behind her body's symptoms, imbalances and dysfunctions. This journey led her to the study of functional medicine and a practice devoted to helping others achieve optimal health.
