Porter Health System’s Senior Circle Program Presents “Supermarket Survival” Program

Porter Health System’s Senior Circle program will present an educational seminar, “Supermarket Survival” by Porter Dietitian Jill Kilhefner at 12:30 pm, on Tuesday, April 20. senior-circleThis two-part event will begin with a heart-healthy lunch at Porter’s Education and Rehabilitation Campus at 1401 Calumet Ave., Valparaiso, followed by a visit to Valparaiso’s Town & Country Market for a healthy shopping program.

During the shopping portion of the program, participants will learn to maneuver through a supermarket to find the healthiest spots, read labels, and how to make the healthiest choices.
