DeMotte Medical Campus (DMC)

Sleep Disorders Institute (SDI)

SDI meets the standard of excellence as established by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine. It offers comfortable accommodations during diagnostic procedures.
EndoLabs

EndoLabs features advanced technology for viewing the lining of the digestive tract, such as the esophagus, stomach, duodenum and colon. Procedures performed at the facility include colonoscopy, flex-sigmoidoscopy, gastroscopy (Upper GI) and illeoscopy.
Chesterton Medical Campus (CMC)

CMC provides convenient and efficient care for the Duneland community. It is home to the Westchester Medical Group as well as other physician practices. CMC also offers CareEXPRESS for non-urgent medical needs such as sore throats, sprains, and other minor illnesses and injuries. On-site lab and x-ray services are available.
Northern Indiana Oncology Center (NIOC)

Valparaiso Outpatient Campus (VOC)

VOC combines physician offices, a Woman's Center, a laboratory diagnostic imaging capabilities and other medical services all under one roof. For patients needing outpatient surgery, VOC includes a fully accredited surgery center. Cardiac rehabilitation is also available at VOC and the facility is staffed with experienced specialists in nursing, exercise physiology, diet and nutrition.
Portage Hospital Campus (PHC)

Housing a variety of healthcare services plus the offices of the Portage Medical Group and several other physician offices, PHC brings the care you need close to home.
- With on-site lab, radiology, ultrasound, CT and MRI capabilities, fulfilling your physician's orders for diagnostic testing is easy at PHC.
- The Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit specializes in an intensive, individualized approach. The unit offers 11 private rooms plus a small kitchen and laundry area for patients to improve their skills in the activities of daily living.
- The Women's Center offers mammograms and bone density scans in one convenient location, meaning you can get both tests done during the same appointment if neccessary.
