It’s that time of year again, FLU SEASON! Flu shots will be offered at the Portage Township YMCA, provided by Community Healthcare System’s Occupational Health Division on Sept. 27 from 4 pm- 7pm. These flu shots are for adults only and cost only $21.
Cash, cashier’s check or money order accepted. Receipts will be provided in order for reimbursement for service from insurance.
