Annual Holiday Artisan Market Closes Out
The third annual Holiday Artisan Market at the Lubeznik Center for the Arts runs through this weekend! Be sure to stop in and stock up on unique homemade items for all of your gifting needs in the next year, as the market will be closed until next Christmas season! Some of the products offered include hand screened elegant trouser socks, hand painted silk, velvet, and cotton scarves, hand blown glass ornaments, and vases, clay whistles, pottery, nativity scenes, hand turned wood bowls, and more!
Celebrate the End of the Season with Valpo Velvet
Valpo Velvet will be closing for the rest of the winter, so come in December 28th for a special year end bash! Open from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm, there will be two tours of the factory offered at 1:00 pm or 3:00 pm. Also, ice cream cones are just $0.25!
Resolution Run 5K
Start your new year off on the right foot with a 5K from Extra Mile Fitness Company! The run will take place at 10:00 am, following a course around Valparaiso University. Proceeds will benefit Housing Opportunities.
