The 1st Annual WinterFest has been cancelled due to unseasonably mild weather
Portage Township invites you to join in the fun at the 1st Annual WinterFest event on Saturday and Sunday, February 16th & 17th at Field of Dreams Park in South Haven, Indiana (402 W. 700 N., Valparaiso, IN 46385). WinterFest will celebrate the park’s new outdoor ice-skating rink, with many games planned on the ice and in the snow! Guests can stay warm by the bonfire, while sipping on hot chocolate and roasting marshmallows!
Event hours are Saturday from Noon-3p, and Sunday from 2-5p. Daily scheduled activities include:
Saturday:
- Noon-3p Horse & Carriage Rides
- Noon-2p Broom Ball Competition
- Noon-3p Winter Games: Ice Buckets, Fireball, Snow Bowling, Biggest Snowman Contest
- 2-3p Slap Shot Contest
Sunday:
- 2-5p Winter Games: Ice Buckets, Fireball, Snow Bowling
- 3p Winter Rope Pull
- 4p Winter Rope Pull
- 5p Winter Rope Pull Playoffs
