When the May exhibit, “Color Concept,” closes on Sunday, May 27, the Southern Shore Art Association will initiate its first “Last Sunday”, an informal and informative social event with a short presentation, refreshments and a raffle.

Judy Jacobi from Purdue University North Central (PNC) will give a presentation on the many sculptures adorning their campus grounds and on the substantial endowment of sculptures by George Sugarman. Shoreline Brewery is donating beer, Lange’s Old Fashioned Meat Market is donating brats and mustard. Cheers to both these wonderful supporters! SSAA-Last-Sunday-2

Raffle tickets will be sold: $1 per ticket (or $5 for 6 tickets). Winner will get a personal tour of PNC’s sculptures for themselves and 3 guests by Judy Jacobi.

We are planning to make this a monthly “Last Sunday” event at the end of each exhibit. Please join us to celebrate this fun and informative event.
