2016-Earth-Day-Exhibitors-Sought-01The Recycling and Waste Reduction District of Porter County is accepting online registrations for exhibitors to participate in the 2016 Northwest Indiana Earth Day Celebration on April 16.

The largest free public environmental event in Northwest Indiana, the Earth Day Celebration draws visitors who are concerned about the environment and are interested in learning more about how they can reduce their impact on the planet.

Organizations and businesses from around Chicagoland and beyond that can provide environmental awareness, services and products to attendees and inspire visitors to become more environmentally-conscious are invited to participate.

More information and online registration are available on the district’s website, www.ItMeansTheWorld.org.

The event will be held in three buildings at the Porter County Expo Center in Valparaiso. Early registrants will enjoy the maximum advertising benefits of the event.

Exhibitors will have the opportunity to set up on Friday, April 15 and have the options of expanding their booths, connecting to electricity and advertising themselves on the bingo card given to all attendees.

The district also seeks Earth Day event sponsors. For more information, call Therese, 219-465-3815.
