To better serve our members, we offer online registration for most of our programs. please read the following instructions to conveniently register for your favorite programs.
Please follow these steps at least one week ahead of the start of online registration:
A member must have only one e-mail address on file in our membership database before being able to register online and open an Online Registration Account. The address will not be given to anyone else and will be used for Y purposes only.
If you do not have an address on file with the YMCA, contact us at services@ymcaofportage.org to send us your e-mail address, or stop by the Welcome Center and give them your e-mail address. Those are the only 2 options for e-mail address input if your address is not already on file.
When this is completed, go back to the Portage Township YMCA website, www.ymcaofportage.org, and follow the prompts for "On-Line Program Registration".
Go to On-line Program Registration and click on the "Login and Register Now" hyperlink.
First time users should click the "Retrieve Login" link. At this time, if your address is on file, an e-mail with your login and password will be sent to your e-mail address on file once your e-mail is recognized. Contact us at services@ymcaofportage.org if you have further questions or difficulty.
Once you open your online registration account, you are eligible to register for any open online registration.
At this time, membership payments and financial assistance transactions must be processed in our membership department. Financial aid forms must be submitted to Welcome Center. For all programs, financial aid paperwork should be submitted at least 30 days prior to session registration.
After classes start, registration can only be accommodated at the Welcome Center. Registration after classes start will require full payment and a $10 late fee for most programs.
The Portage Township YMCA reserves the right to close online registration at its discretion.
