For the past two years, NWI residents had to miss out on the exciting, high flying entertainment that came from the Gary Air Show. However, after much anticipation the Gary Airshow is back and promises to be bigger and better than ever before.
Taking place at the newly renovated Marquette Park beachfront, this year’s air show features big acts from both the United States Air Force and the U.S. Army with the world famous Air Force Thunderbirds and Army Golden Knights. The city of Gary is also preparing to add even more exciting acts to the lineup prior to the show’s debut.
Along with these high flying daredevils, the Gary Air Show will also feature a large variety of food, merchants, education and nonprofit vendors for all age groups.
Admission to the show is free and is easily accessible via car or public transportation.
The Gary Air Show will take place on July 11th and 12th. Spread the word, the air show is back!
