PHS Fashion and Textile Foundations Class
Portage High School's Fashion and Textile Foundations Classes are currently creating Cross Body Purses to be sent to Africa. It is documented that girls in Africa miss about six weeks of school per year when they are on their period. In addition to the purse, a donation of just $5.00 can help to supply the products needed to help young girls stay in school. Information can be found at www.sewpowerful.org
