The Preparing for College and Career classes worked on their teamwork skills by participating in a Challenge Ed. activity.
Business Department
Students work diligently in AP Computer Science to solve generic issues with algorithms. Here, the students are developing a card sorting pattern algorithm by using one suit of a deck of cards. This in turn translates into problem-solving and logical critical thinking skills, both essential to the programming process.
Sociology Class
Ms. Munden's PHS sociology students recently engaged in detached observations comparing subcultures at PHS. They observed students, teachers and staff to draw conclusions based on the sociological perspectives!
