Purdue Extension Presents Two Educational Programs: 14 Tips for Brain Health and Protecting Yourself From Frauds / Scams

The scientists at Posit Science say “As with physical exercise, brain exercise can help you improve your performance and feel your best.” Join us for a little fun, a brain exercise or two, and an opportunity to learn 14 ideas to keep your brain healthy. The program 14 Tips for Brain Fitness takes place August 13th at the Porter County Expo Center at 1:00pm. It will be presented by Allison Goshorn of Purdue Extension LaPorte County.

Beginning at 2 p.m., Linda Levan, Outreach Services Specialist from the Office of the Indiana Attorney General will present Protecting Yourself From Frauds / Scams. There are steps you need to know when taking action to protect your personal and financial information. Learn how to spot scams and protect yourself.
