Porter Health Care System recently named Tiffany Orange, RN, as the Associate of the Year. Orange is a pediatric nurse and was selected for her high sense of ownership, reliability and responsiveness.
On receiving the award, Orange shared that she felt honored to be chosen and stated, “Being selected as the Associate of the Year is quite the honor and a huge complement. I go out of my way to ensure my patients receive the care I feel they deserve each and every day,” said Orange. “I truly love my job and feel I was put here for that reason.”
Orange began her career at Porter in 2009 as a unit secretary. She graduated from Purdue North Central with her Associate Degree in Nursing in 2011 and is currently working to complete her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing with an expected graduation date of May 2016.
