After weeks of training with some of the most experienced instructors of the real estate business, students of the Real Estate Licensing Institute are celebrating their graduations at locations across Northwest Indiana.

Starting a new career path can be frightening, especially when deciding to pursue a career in real estate, which doesn’t follow a traditional schedule. When opting to do so, though, finding the right education to ensure preparedness is extremely important. For Frank Gonzalez, a graduate of the Real Estate Licensing Institute, that education is exactly what he found.
The state of Indiana places some strict requirements on coursework and testing for real estate brokers. In order to receive a real estate brokers license in Indiana, the individual must first complete 90 hours of coursework in a state-approved pre-licensing course, then pass the required exams, all before even applying for the license! After that, there are continuing education requirements as well!
When deciding where to continue your education, finding a school that has dedicated teachers with a wealth of experience matters. If you’re planning to become a licensed real estate broker in Indiana, the quality of classroom instruction could make the difference between receiving and not receiving your license.
