1st Source Receives “Best Branch Service in the Midwest” Award

rot31st Source Bank provides the “best branch service” in the Midwest, according to The MSR Group, a top research firm that specializes in measuring customer experience and the quality of customer service delivered in retail banking across the country. 1st Source received this top honor for the second year in a row.

The MSR Group surveyed more than 7,000 retail banking customers from an extensive list of the biggest banks across the country, including all of the top 50 banks (which includes Wells Fargo and Bank of America). Feedback was gathered on customer satisfaction and how strongly customers advocate their bank to others, given the service they’ve experienced. The MSR Group then tabulated the results from the interviews to determine the winners of its “Best in Retail Banking Awards.” According to Joel Vaslow, Chief Operating Officer of The MSR Group, the award recognizes “a select group of banks who continue to invest in their future by seeking to provide great experiences for their customers every day.”

“As a dedicated community bank, 1st Source is committed to genuinely serving customers significantly better than big, impersonal banks,” said Jim Seitz, 1st Source President. “Providing outstanding client service is one of our core values, so it’s an honor to be recognized again this year for providing the ‘best service’ in the Midwest.”
