The person would be a part-time coach working with Developmental Age Group (8-12) swimmers and then Pre-Team/Learn-To-Swim (4.5-10) swimmers.
Practices for the Developmental Age Group swimmers would be discussed between you and the Head Coach.
Practices for the Learn-To-Swim/Pre-Team swimmers would be conducted based upon the developed lesson plans.
Qualifications:
Experience working with kids; as young as 4.5 years old
Competitive swimming experience
Swim coach experience
Ability to obtain certification as a coach within a reasonable manner of time.
Compensation/Duration of work:
Depending on experience and qualification; there is the potential for increased days of work.
Pay would be discussed at the conclusion of the conducted interview.
