Chamber to Host “Duneland Personified” Dinner Tour

rot1Public tickets are now on sale to “Experience The Progressive Dinner: Duneland Personified,” the fifth dinner tour to be hosted by the Duneland Chamber of Commerce. To be held on Tuesday, July 29, the tour will begin sharply at 6pm at Waterbird Banquet Center in Chesterton.

Dinner guests will be treated to course-and-drink-pairings at El Cantarito, Sand Creek Country Club, and Riley’s Railhouse (hosting Rolling Stonebaker). After touring the first three restaurants in smaller groups, all 115 guests will be transported to Waterbird Banquet Center for the final dessert course. Live entertainment will be enjoyed at all four venues.

“Many of our members call as soon as they get our first correspondence with just a SAVE THE DATE with their RSVP’s. The Progressive Dinner has become a very popular event,” says Maura Durham, the Chamber’s President. “We are excited to bring this tour back to the Duneland area this time around and have member restaurants that have yet to participate featured. It has been an amazing experience for all of our guests and our Chamber member chefs and hosts, so far, and we’re really looking forward to this next tour. Duneland Personified, is our July event – where our guests will meet the owners and chefs that bring to life the Spicy, Swanky, Saucy, and Sweet that Duneland offers.”

Event tickets are $65/person, which includes four course-and-drink-pairings, four live music concerts and transportation. Tickets may be purchased by calling the Chamber office at (219) 926-5513, visiting the Chamber website at www.dunelandchamber.org or emailing info@chestertonchamber.org. Tickets are extremely limited, and prompt registration by interested guests is strongly encouraged.
